摘　　要：课程思政建设须着眼于学校定位,立足于学科专业建设特色及人才培养目标。生物分离工程是生物工程专业的专业核心课,以生物分离工程课程“绪论”章节为例进行教学设计案例研究,探讨课程思政有机融入生物分离工程课程教学设计思路与方法,以期为地方应用型高校专业课程思政建设和人才培养提供参考。The construction of ideological and political education in curriculums should focus on the orientation of the school,and be based on the characteristics of discipline and specialty construction and talent training objectives.Bioseparation Engineering course is the core course of the bioengineering major.This paper takes the Introduction chapter of the Bioseparation Engineering course as an example to conduct a case study of instructional design,and discusses the organic integration of the ideological and political education into the instructional design.The ideas and methods are expected to provide reference for the construction of ideological and political education in curriculums and talent training objectives in the local applied universities.
