摘　　要：创新能力的培养是一个全面、系统的工程,既需要先进的教育理念进行顶层设计,还应满足可落地实施的要求。高校作为创新人才培养的孵化地,承担着培养高质量创新人才的国家使命。因此,在“双一流”和“新工科”的教育改革背景下探索符合高校学生发展的创新能力培养体系,具有十分重要的现实意义。The cultivation of innovation ability is a comprehensive and systematic project,which not only needs the top-level design of advanced educational concepts,but also needs to meet the requirements of practical implementation.As incubators of innovative talents,colleges and universities undertake the national mission of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.Therefore,under the background of education reform of“double first-class”and“new engineering”,it is of great significance to explore the cultivation system of innovation ability in line with students’development.
