摘　　要：以白油和司盘-80为油相,丙烯酸和氨水为水相,KPS-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(5)为引发体系,采用反相乳液聚合法制备聚丙烯酸铵增稠剂。探讨引发剂用量、中和温度、油水比、聚合温度等因素对增稠剂增稠黏度的影响。结果表明:在反应温度43℃,油水比0.48,中和温度20℃,转相剂7%时,可获得理想的增稠剂黏度,且增稠剂稳定性好、化糊容易。Ammonium polyacrylate thickener was prepared by reverse emulsion polymerization using white oil and Span-80 as oil phase,acrylic acid and ammonia water as water phase,and KPS-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(5) as initiator system.The effects of initiator dosage,neutralization temperature,oil-water ratio,polymerization temperature and other factors on the thickening viscosity of the thickener were discussed.The experimental results showed that the ideal thickener viscosity could be obtained when the reaction temperature was 43℃,the oil-water ratio was 0.48,the neutralization temperature was 20℃,and the phase transfer agent was 7%.The thickener was easy to paste with good stability.
