摘　　要：非法吸收公众存款类案件大量存在刑民交叉问题,通过对非法吸收公众存款罪所涉民事案件的682份裁判文书进行分析,梳理出裁判规则中存在的问题,并从程序和实体两个层面探索加强检察监督的思路,以促进类案审理法律适用统一、规范、公正。A large number of cases involving illegal absorption of public deposits have cross-disciplinary problems.Analyzing 682 judicial documents of civil cases involving illegally absorption of public deposits,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the judicial rules,and explore ways to strengthen prosecutorial supervision from the procedural and substantive levels,so as to promote the unified,standardized and fair application of law in the trial of such cases.
