摘　　要：目的评价抖音平台中乳腺癌相关视频信息质量。方法以“乳腺癌”为关键词,在抖音短视频平台进行检索,并使用DISCERN对短视频信息质量进行评价,同时参照中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)《乳腺癌诊疗指南(2020)》、《原发性乳腺癌规范化诊疗指南(试行)》和《中国抗癌协会乳腺癌诊治指南与规范(2021年版)》对视频内容完整性与准确性进行评价。结果共有156个视频纳入研究,上传者类型中专业医务人员数量最多,共133个(85.26%)。DISCERN评价结果显示仅有部分问题的平均得分超过3分。内容评价中,多数视频涉及维度较少,完整性差,部分视频内容准确性较差。结论研究结果表明,抖音短视频平台中乳腺癌有关视频总体质量不佳,上传者需要发布更加完整准确的视频,有助于向公众提供与乳腺癌有关的信息。同时还应加强政府有关部门的监管力度,为公众营造一个良好的健康信息环境。Objective To evaluate the quality of breast cancer-related video information on Tik Tok platform.Methods The key word“breast cancer”was searched on Tik Tok platform,and the quality of short videos was evaluated by DISCERN,and referred to the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)breast cancer diagnosis and treatment guide(2020),Primary Breast Cancer standardized diagnosis and treatment Guide(trial),and China Anti-Cancer Association Breast Cancer diagnosis and treatment Guide and Standard(2021 Edition)to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of the video content.Results A total of 156 videos were included in the study,and medical professionals(n=133)made up 85.26%of the uploaders.The result of DISCERN evaluation showed that only part of the questions had an average score of more than 3 points.In content evaluation,most videos involved fewer dimensions,poor integrity,and poor accuracy of some video content.Conclusion The overall quality of breast cancer video on Tik Tok platform is poor,and uploaders need to release more complete and accurate videos,which is helpful to provide the public with information related to breast cancer.At the same time,the supervision of relevant government departments should be strengthened to build good health information environment for the public.
