摘  要:粉末注射成型适用于小尺寸复杂精密金属和陶瓷零部件的制造,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、电子、医疗以及日用品等领域,是一项极具发展潜力的材料成型新技术。根据《粉末注射成型》课程的特点和创新型人才的培养要求,从教学内容、教学手段和教学考核评价三个方面探索教学改革的方法和途径。通过课程的教学改革,调动学生学习过程中的自主性和积极性,并且全面考察学生对课程的掌握情况,以期实现学生深入理解并掌握粉末注射成型的原理、工艺及实例的目标,为其将来的就业创业夯实基础。Powder injection molding is applicable to the manufacture of small-sized complex metal and ceramic parts,which is widely used in the fields of aerospace,automotive,electronics,medical and daily necessities,etc.It is a new material forming technology with great potential for development.According to the characteristics of Powder Injection Molding course and the requirements of training innovative talents,we explore the methods and approaches of teaching reform in three aspects:teaching content,teaching methods and teaching assessment and evaluation.Through the teaching reform of the course,we will mobilize students'autonomy and enthusiasm in the learning process and examine their mastery of the course comprehensively,so as to achieve the goal of students'in-depth understanding and mastery of the principles,processes and examples of powder injection molding,and lay a solid foundation for their future employment and entrepreneurship.
