摘　　要：目的:探讨应用MRI联合MSCT检查方案对原发性肝癌患者介入术后疗效进行评定的意义。方法:选取某医院120例原发性肝癌介入术后患者作为研究对象,分成单一MSCT检查组、单一MRI检查组和MRI联合MSCT检查组,讨论三组间对残留病灶和复发病灶的诊断效能。结果:MRI联合MSCT检查组对残留病灶和复发病灶检出的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和准确率均显著高于单一MSCT检查组(P<0.05),也略高于单一MRI检查组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较单一MRI检查组和单一MSCT检查组,两组间敏感度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI联合MSCT检查对原发性肝癌介入术后残留及复发病灶具有更高的诊断效能,有助于下一步治疗方案的制定。Objective:The significance of using MRI combined with MSCT to evaluate the efficacy of interventional surgery in patients with primary liver cancer was discussed.Methods:A total of 120 patients with primary liver cancer after interventional surgery from the Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a single MSCT examination group,a single MRI examination group and an MRI combined MSCT examination group.The diagnostic efficacy of residual and recurrent lesions among the three groups were discussed.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and accuracy of residual lesions and recurrent lesions in the MRI combined with MSCT group were significantly higher than those in the single MSCT group(P<0.05),and higher than those in the single MRI group too,but not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity difference between the single MRI group and the single MSCT group was statistically significant in the sensitivity(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI combined with MSCT examination has higher diagnostic efficacy for residual and recurrent lesions after interventional surgery for primary liver cancer,which is helpful for the formulation of the next treatment plan.
