摘 要:目的:分析某省属三甲医院临床医学研究生的医患沟通能力及技能学习态度,探索技能学习态度的影响因素,为优化培养模式提供建议。方法:对348名临床医学研究生进行医患沟通能力考评和医患沟通技能学习态度评价,通过沟通态度得分探索其影响因素。结果:临床医学研究生技能学习积极态度得分明显高于消极态度分。沟通技能总分良好,5个维度得分率基本达到90%以上。多因素分析显示,临床医学硕士培养门类是积极态度的影响因素,性别是消极态度的影响因素。结论:临床医学研究生医患沟通能力总体良好,临床专业学位研究生医患沟通技能及其学习积极态度在培养门类、每周工作时间及性别方面存在差异,应注意培养模式改善,实施针对性培养。Objective:To analyze the doctor-patient communication ability and skill learning attitude of clinical medical postgraduates in a Grade 3A hospital,explore the influencing factors of skill learning attitude,and provide suggestions for optimizing training mode.Methods:The SEGUE and CSAS scales were used to evaluate the doctorpatient communication ability and the learning attitude of doctor-patient communication skills in 348 clinical medical graduate students,and the influencing factors were explored through the score of communication attitude.Results:The score of positive attitude was significantly higher than that of negative attitude.The total score of communication skills was good,and the score rate of 5 dimensions was basically above 90%.The multi-factor analysis showed that the training category of clinical medicine master was the influence factor of positive attitude,and gender was the influence factor of negative attitude.Conclusion:This group of clinical medical graduate students have good doctor-patient communication ability.The clinical master students have a higher positive attitude towards doctor-patient communication skills learning,while the male students have a higher negative attitude towards doctor-patient communication skills learning.
