摘 要:针对液压支架应力分布不均衡、支架大部分板件的强度都没有达到屈服极限等问题,提出基于Hyperworks二次开发的液压支架等强度设计方法。以典型单元的应力强度比标准差最小为优化目标,对液压支架进行多工况尺寸优化设计和疲劳寿命验算,使其在满足液压支架设计准则的前提下,对原有的模型进行等强设计。结果表明,优化后液压支架主结构件在同种工况下应力分布更加均匀,同时提高了液压支架的疲劳寿命,为液压支架的设计研究提供理论和数据支撑。Aiming at the problems that the stress distribution of hydraulic support is unbalanced and most parts of the support are far from reaching the yield limit,the design method of equal strength of hydraulic support based on secondary development of Hyperworks was proposed.Taking the minimum stress intensity ratio standard deviation of typical elements as the optimization objective,the hydraulic support was optimized in multi-condition size design and fatigue life checking calculation,so that the original model was equal strengh designed on the premise of meeting the design criteria of hydraulic support.The results show that the stress distribution of the optimized hydraulic support is more uniform under the same working conditions,and the fatigue life of the hydraulic support is improved,which provides theoretical and data support for the design and research of the hydraulic support.
