摘　　要：介绍了国产梭车轮边减速器的研究现状和结构特点,分析了影响重载动压滑动轴承性能的结构和工况参数,进行了滑动轴承多因素影响下滑动间隙参数的确定,通过试验分析了滑动轴承的使用可靠性。结果表明,该滑动轴承满足减速器寿命周期内的使用要求,具有一定的可靠性。The research status and structural characteristics of domestic shuttle wheel edge reducer were introduced,and the structures and operating parameters that affected the performance of heavy load dynamic sliding bearing were analyzed.Then the sliding bearing clearance parameters affected by multiple factors of sliding bearing were determined.The service reliability of sliding bearing was analyzed through experiment.The results show that the sliding bearing meets the application requirements of reducer life cycle and has certain reliability.
