“冀洪1号”黑枣与普通黑枣物候期和叶果生长差异分析

摘  要:以“冀洪1号”黑枣品种的果实为材料,普通黑枣为对照,对其物候期和叶、果生长性状进行了测定,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明:“冀洪1号”黑枣物候期相对集中,而普通黑枣物候期变幅相对较大;叶形性状中,“冀洪1号”黑枣与普通黑枣各性状变异系数均较低,不到10%,差异并不是很显著;对“冀洪1号”黑枣与普通黑枣果核与果实内在品质进行对比分析,“冀洪1号”黑枣核数明显少于普通黑枣,且可溶性固形物含量均大于普通黑枣。综上所述,与普通黑枣相比,“冀洪1号”黑枣无核或少核,果实成熟后呈黑色,且可溶性固形物含量更高,果实内在品质俱佳。Using the fruits of the"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon as materials and ordinary Dateplum persimmon as controls,the phenological period,leaf and fruit growth characteristics were determined,and the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that the phenological periods of the"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon were relatively concentrated,while the phenological periods of ordinary Dateplum had relatively large variations.In terms of leaf shape characteristics,the variation coefficients of each characteristic of"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon and ordinary Dateplum persimmon were both low,less than 10%,and the differences were not significant.A comparative analysis was carried out on the kernel and intrinsic quality of"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon and ordinary Dateplum persimmon.The number of kernels in"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon was significantly less than that in ordinary Dateplum persimmon,and the soluble solid content was higher than that in ordinary Dateplum persimmon.In summary,compared with ordinary Dateplum persimmon,"Jihong No.1"Dateplum persimmon has no or little nucleus;the fruit is black after ripening;the soluble solid content is higher,and the internal quality of the fruit is good.
