摘  要:铝合金车体因其加工性能好、密度小等优点被广泛用于轨道交通车体制造,为了保证车体在服役期间的结构安全性,在设计阶段进行整车结构强度和动态性能研究就显得至关重要。根据EN-12663《铁路车辆车身结构要求》等标准对铝合金高速列车车体进行静强度、模态和频率响应分析。结果显示该高速列车车体结构强度性能指标满足许用要求,频率响应变化范围主要集中在7 Hz~15 Hz之间,车体一阶垂弯频率大于10 Hz,符合车体振动模态设计标准。Aluminum alloy car body is widely used in the manufacturing of rail transit car body due to its good processing performance and low density.In order to ensure the structural safety of the car body during service,it is very important to carry out the research on the structural strength and dynamic performance of the whole vehicle at the design stage.According to EN-12663"Structural Requirements for Railway Vehicle Bodies"and other standards,the static strength analysis and modal and frequency response analysis of aluminum alloy high-speed train body are carried out.The results show that the structural strength performance index of the high-speed train body meets the allowable requirements,the frequency response range is mainly between 7Hz and 15Hz,and the first vertical bending frequency of the body is greater than 10Hz,which conforms to the design standard of the body vibration mode.
