摘　　要：1855年黄河铜瓦厢决口至1949年中华人民共和国成立前,处于“豆腐腰”段的菏泽地区黄河决溢频繁,约两年一决口,水灾严重。尽管晚清、民国政府采取一些应对黄河水灾的措施,但无法改变菏泽地区黄河水灾频仍严重的险恶局面,沿黄百姓苦不堪言。新中国成立后,黄河大堤从未溃决,但滩区群众时常遭受黄河水灾困扰,给他们的生产、生活造成一定影响。目前,菏泽黄河滩区迁建工程已顺利完成,从根本上防止了黄河水灾发生,百姓安居乐业。新中国成立以来菏泽地区应对黄河水灾取得的伟大成就,对当今抗洪救灾、黄河治理以及黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展都具有重要资鉴意义。From the breach of the Yellow River in Tongwaxiang in 1855 to the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,the Heze region,located in the“Tofu Waist”section of the Yellow River,frequently experienced breaches and floods,with breaches occurring approximately every two years,resulting in severe water disasters.Although the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China governments implemented some measures to address the Yellow River floods,they were unable to change the frequent and severe flooding in the Heze region,causing great suffering to the local people along the Yellow River.After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,the Yellow River embankment has never breached,but the people in the flood-prone areas have still been troubled by occasional Yellow River floods,affecting their production and livelihoods to some extent.Currently,the relocation project in the Yellow River flood-prone areas of Heze has been successfully completed,fundamentally preventing Yellow River floods,and allowing the people to live and work in peace and contentment.The remarkable achievements in responding to Yellow River floods in the Heze region since the founding of the People's Republic of China have important reference significance for current flood control and disaster relief efforts,Yellow River management,and ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
