摘  要:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵是一种用途广泛的表面活性剂、杀菌灭藻剂和抗静电剂,具有良好的化学稳定性和水溶性,能够在水体中长期存在,可对水生态产生影响。以水蚤(大型蚤)为指示生物探究十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对水蚤的急性毒性,按照《GB/T 16125—2012大型溞急性毒性实验方法》检测了十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对水蚤的24 h LC 50(0.625 mg/L)。按照工业毒物急性毒性分级方法探究了以大型蚤为试验动物的急性毒性分级,确定其为高毒性,说明十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对生态环境有很大安全风险。Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is a widely used surfactant,bactericide,algaecide,and antistatic agent.With good chemical stability and water solubility,it can persist in water for a long time and can have an impact on aquatic ecosystems.To indicate the acute toxicity of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to water fleas(Daphnia magna),the 24h LC 50 value of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to water fleas was determined to be 0.625 mg/L according to the method of acute toxicity test for Daphnia magna specified in GB/T 16125-2012.The acute toxicity classification of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride using water fleas as test animals was investigated according to the method of acute toxicity classification for industrial toxicants,and it was determined to be highly toxic,indicating significant safety risks of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to the ecological environment.
