摘 要:针对卫星装备的小型化、整机系统的轻量化需求,提出一种4.5~16 V宽电压输入双通道输出抗辐射POL电源设计方案。首先,根据电源指标要求进行电路拓扑结构设计;其次,提出了抗辐射指标的解决方案;最后,对工艺设计难点进行研究攻关。经仿真和样机验证,所设计的电源具有体积小、重量轻、功率密度高等优点,可为宇航用电子装备系统提供小型化、轻量化的三次电源解决方案。Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization of satellite equipment and lightweight of the whole system,a design scheme of anti radiation POL power supply with 4.5~16 V wide voltage input and dual-channel output is proposed.Firstly,the topology structure of the circuit is designed according to the requirements of the power supply index.Secondly,the solution of anti-radiation index is proposed.Finally,the difficulties of process design are studied and solved.The proposed power supply is realized by simulation and prototype verification.It has the advantages of small volume,light weight and high power density and so on,which can provide miniaturized and lightweight tertiary power supply solutions for aerospace electronic equipment systems.
