摘 要:轨道交通建设产生的触媒效应不仅在于集聚人流,还会影响站点周边的土地利用以及公共服务设施的配置。文章以重庆主城内环快速路、长江和嘉陵江围合片区的居住型轻轨站点为研究对象,利用步行指数评价案例站点800m半径服务区内的开发建设成效,从日常服务设施的多样性和布局特征、道路网络和步行环境特征、与社区生活圈的耦合程度这3个方面解读评价结果,并提出轨道站站域建设的优化建议。The catalytic effect of rail transit construction is not only to gather people,but also to affect the land use and public service facilities around the station.In this paper,the residential light rail stations in the inner ring expressway,Yangtze River and Jialing River enclosed areas in Chongqing urban area are taken as the research object,and the development and construction degree in the 800m radius service area of the case station is evaluated using the Walk Score method.The evaluation results are interpreted from three aspects:the diversity and layout characteristics of daily service facilities,the characteristics of road network and walking environment,and the degree of coupling with the community life circle,and the optimization suggestions for the construction of rail station area are put forward.
