摘  要:目的探讨后弹力层缝合联合前房完全性气液交换术治疗中重度角膜后弹力层脱离的效果。方法回顾性病例系列研究。分析杭州师范大学附属医院2017年1月至2022年12月收治的中重度角膜后弹力层脱离9例(9眼)的资料,所有患者均采用后弹力层缝合联合前房完全性气液交换术治疗。术后随访1个月,观察视力、眼压、眼前节OCT等指标的变化。结果治疗后9例角膜后弹力层脱离均复位良好,角膜透明,视力提高,眼压正常,OCT显示角膜水肿消退。结论后弹力层缝合联合前房完全性气液交换术治疗中重度角膜后弹力层脱离安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Descemet membrane suture combined with anterior chamber complete gas-fluid exchange in the treatment of moderate to severe Descemet membrane detachment.Methods This was a retrospective case series study.The data of 9 eyes of 9 patients with moderate to severe Descemet membrane detachment from Jan.2017 to Dec.2022 in the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were analyzed.All patients were treated with Descemet membrane suture combined with anterior chamber complete gas-fluid exchange.All patients were followed up for 1 month.The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),anterior segment OCT were observed.Results After treatment,Descemet membrane detachment in all 9 cases were reattached.The cornea was transparency with improved visual acuity,and intraocular pressure was well controlled.OCT indicated that the corneal thickness decreased as well.Conclusion Descemet membrane suture combined with anterior chamber complete gas-fluid exchange is safe and effective in treating moderate and severe Descemet membrane detachment.
