摘 要:为了适应用户的自动化生产需求,使冲压生产线更加智能化、标准化,根据对生产线方案分析,提出一种采用机器人搬运自动化冲压生产线。通过对冲压自动化生产线合理布局规划,描述了每台设备作用及运行原理。并利用工业以太网进行通信,将自动化生产线的自动拆垛、双料检测、视觉对中、上料、搬运、下料等工艺流程之间建立有效的联系,从而满足自动化生产线要求,提高生产效率。In order to meet the production needs of modern car companies and make stamping production lines more intelligent and standardized,on the basis of the analysis of the production line plan,a robot handling automatic stamping production line has been proposed.By planning the reasonable layout of the stamping automation production line,the functions and operating principles of each equipment have been described.And industrial Ethernet has been used for communication to establish effective connections between the automatic palletizing,double material detection,visual alignment,loading,handling,and unloading processes of the automatic production line,in order to meet the requirements of the automatic production line and improve production efficiency.
