摘 要:为了提高运输车发动机和外负载形成良好匹配状态,设计了一种行走变排量液压系统。在分析行走系统动力学特性的基础上,开展了仿真及实验分析。研究结果表明:直线行驶到达制动阶段后,发动机受到变量泵的载荷作用出现反向旋转,系统处于负功率输出状态。在单边转向过程中,内侧车轮马达存在一定程度的泄露,进入前向滚动的阶段后,内侧车轮变量泵受到马达作用产生高压油液,柱塞泵中产生了一定比例的寄生功率。处于双边转向阶段的发动机功率输出值为58kW,形成了稳定泵压差,在不同工况下都保持良好行驶状态。随着转向半径的减小,行走液压系统需克服更大阻碍作用,运行功率也明显提高。该研究对提高重载变排量液压行走系统运行稳定性具有很好的理论支撑意义。A traveling variable displacement hydraulic system is designed to improve the matching state between engine and exter⁃nal load.On the basis of analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the walking system,the simulation and experimental analysis are carried out.The results show that when the braking stage is reached,the engine rotates in reverse under the load of variable pump,and the system is in negative power output state.In the process of unilateral steering,there is a certain degree of leakage in the inner wheel motor.After entering the stage of forward rolling,the variable pump of the inner wheel is acted by the motor to pro⁃duce high pressure oil,and a certain proportion of parasitic power is generated in the piston pump.The power output value of the engine in the bilateral steering stage is 58kW,which forms a stable pump differential pressure and keeps a good running state un⁃der different conditions.With the reduction of steering radius,the walking hydraulic system has to overcome more obstacles,and the operating power is also significantly increased.This research has a good theoretical support for improving the operation stabili⁃ty of heavy load variable displacement hydraulic walking system.
