摘 要:基于剪叉机构固有的结构非线性特点,使用非线性构件就能获得足够的承载能力和稳定性,因此有可能被用于低频隔振。通过数学分析及仿真,建立了6种安装构型的全构型剪叉机构统一刚度公式,研究了线性构件的不同安装构型及其安装参数对系统的隔振性能影响,研究结果表明,在不改变剪叉机构的系统结构参数前提下,仅通过改变线性构件的安装构型及其安装参数,即可利用同一系统得到显著不同的非线性刚度,从而实现特定的非线性特性,通过线性弹簧安装参数和构型的选择,可为系统隔振性能提升提供新路径,拓展剪叉机构在实际工程实践中的隔振应用。Based on the inherent nonlinear structural characteristics of the scissor mechanism,the nonlinear components are ap⁃plied to be capable of obtaining the sufficient load-bearing capacity and stability,so it is possible to be used for the low frequency vibration isolation.Through the mathematical analysis and simulation,the unified stiffness formula of full configuration scissor mechanism with six installation configurations has been established,the affection of the different installation configurations and their parameters in the linear components on the vibration isolation performance of the system has been studied;the research re⁃sults show that under the premise of no-changing the system structure parameters of scissor mechanism,only by changing the in⁃stallation configuration and its installation parameters of linear component,and then the same system can be used to obtain the significantly different nonlinear stiffness,so that the specific nonlinear characteristics are achieved;through the selection of lin⁃ear spring installation parameters and configuration,a new path can be provided for the improvement of vibration isolation per⁃formance in the system,so that the vibration isolation application of the scissor mechanism in the actual engineering practice is expanded.
