摘 要:基于绿色技术创新视角,以2015—2019年156家重污染制造企业作为样本,采用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM-GML指数模型估算企业绿色竞争力水平,并讨论绿色技术创新对绿色竞争力的影响以及环境规制在两者之间的调节作用。研究结果表明:重污染制造业企业的绿色技术创新对绿色竞争力具有积极影响,环境规制在绿色技术创新提升绿色竞争力的过程中起到了“U型”调节效应。进一步考察不同绿色专利类型对制造业企业绿色竞争力的异质性影响,发现绿色发明专利比绿色实用新型专利更能实质性提升企业的绿色竞争力水平。Based on the perspective of green technology innovation,this paper took 156 heavily polluting manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2019 as samples,and used the SBM-GML index model including undesired outputs to estimate the level of green competitiveness of enterprises,and discussed the impact of green technology innovation on green competitiveness and the moderating role of environmental regulation between them.The research results showed that green technology innovation of heavily polluting manufacturing enterprises has a positive impact on green competitiveness,and environmental regulation has played a"U-shaped"adjustment effect in the process of green technology innovation enhancing green competitiveness.Further investigation of the heterogeneous impact of different green patent types on the green competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises,the results showed that green invention patents can substantially improve the green competitiveness of enterprises than green utility model patents.
