摘  要:为克服当前专创融合的困境,将培养创新型人才落到实处,研究结合创新创业能力模型,基于成果导向教育(OBE)方法,提出了以可迁移能力培养为抓手的专创三维融合模式。可迁移能力是创新创业能力的重要组成部分,针对工商管理专业学生对可迁移能力的需求,W大学探索了以可迁移能力培养为抓手的专创三维融合模式,包括专迁融合的第一课堂、多资源融合的第二课堂、校企融合的第三课堂。研究结果表明,以可迁移能力培养为抓手的专创三维融合模式有效培养了学生的创新创业能力,得到了学生和社会的认可。To resolve the dilemma of integration of specialty and entrepreneurship education and cultivate innovative talents,based on OBE(Outcome-Based Education)and entrepreneurship competence mode,this research brought up with three dimension integration of specialty and entrepreneurship by transferable skills cultivating as instrumentality.Transferable skills are necessary parts of entrepreneurship competence.Aiming at the requirements of business administration students on transferable skills,W University developed a three dimension integration mode of specialty and entrepreneurship education,using transferable skills cultivating as instrumentality,including first-classroom for merging of transferable skills and domain-specific ability,second-classroom for merging of multi-resources,third-classroom for merging of university and enterprises.Results showed that the three dimension integration mode of specialty and entrepreneurship education can effectively cultivate entrepreneurship education and innovation ability,which was widely recognized by students and society.
