摘 要:双高箱运输作为新型铁路运输组织方式,对装卸设备的合理配置和作业效率要求更高。从整列集装箱到达和发送作业系统角度出发,在考虑空重箱分区和内外部集卡分流的条件下,构建了装卸设备配置优化的两阶段模型:以最小化完工时间为目标的多设备调度优化模型和以最大化边际效益为目标的设备配置优化模型。结合S双高箱办理站案例分析,得出80个集装箱作业量下的最优设备配置数量。结果表明:考虑集装箱流向比例是有必要的,优化后设备配置方案可有效提高双高箱装卸作业效益。As a new mode of railway transportation organization,double-stack high-case container transportation has higher requirements for the reasonable configuration of handling equipment and operation efficiency.From the point of view of the whole column container arrival and delivery operation system,considering the division of empty and loaded containers and the diversion of internal and external trucks,it constructed a two-stage model for the optimization of the handling equipment configuration:multi-equipment scheduling optimization model with the goal of minimizing completion time and equipment allocation optimization model with maximum marginal benefit.Combined with the case analysis of S double-stack high-case container handling station,the optimal equipment allocation quantity under 80 container operations was obtained.The results showed that it is necessary to consider the proportion of container flow,and the optimized equipment configuration scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of double-stack high-case container handling operation.
