酒精依赖相关影响因素及其结构模型的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精依赖的影响因素。方法采用生活事件量表、社会支持量表及饮酒问卷对138名酒精依赖患者进行测评,并对结果进行相关、回归及路径分析。结果相关分析显示:患者年龄、日饮酒量、饮酒年限、生活事件与酒精依赖呈正相关(r=0.255~0.658,P<0.01);社会支持与酒精依赖呈负相关(r=-0.567,P<0.01)。多因素分析显示:生活事件、饮酒年限及社会支持为酒精依赖的影响因素。影响患者酒依赖症状的有两条路径:生活事件→酒精依赖;生活事件→社会支持→酒精依赖。结论生活事件、饮酒年限和社会支持是酒精依赖的影响因素,社会支持是生活事件与酒精依赖的中介变量。Objective To explore the influencing factors of alcohol dependence.Methods 138 alcohol dependent patients were evaluated using the Life Event Scale,Social Support Scale,and Alcohol Consumption Questionnaire,and the results were analyzed through correlation,regression,and path analysis.Results The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between patient age,daily alcohol consumption,drinking years,and life events with alcohol dependence(r=0.255-0.658,P<0.01);There is a negative correlation between social support and alcohol dependence(r=-0.567,P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that life events,drinking years,and social support were the influencing factors for alcohol dependence.There are two pathways that affect alcohol dependence symptoms:life events,alcohol dependence;Social support for alcohol dependence in life events.Conclusion Life events,drinking years,and social support are influencing factors of alcohol dependence,and social support is a mediating variable between life events and alcohol dependence.
