针刺结合面部PNF技术治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性期周围性面瘫的治疗方法。方法将90例急性期周围性面瘫患者随机分成3组,各30例。研究组给予针刺结合面部PNF技术治疗,对照Ⅰ组接受针刺+营养神经药物治疗,对照Ⅱ组仅接受营养神经药物治疗。观察三组临床疗效。结果研究组有效率最高(P<0.05),疗程最短(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合面部PNF技术能够提高急性期周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效,缩短疗程。Objective To explore the treatment methods for acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 90 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 3 groups,each with 30 cases.The research group received acupuncture combined with facial PNF technology treatment,while the control group I received acupuncture combined with nutritional nerve drugs treatment,while the control group II only received nutritional nerve drugs treatment.Observe the clinical efficacy of three groups.Results The research group had the highest effective rate(P<0.05)and the shortest course of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with facial PNF technology can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of treatment in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis.
