摘  要:问诊是临床接诊患者的第一步,对疾病的诊断至关重要。然而在临床实操过程中,受专业特殊性、场地、医患纠纷等诸多因素的影响,学生的临床实践与创新能力受到了制约。作为新兴课程资源的广西中医药大学基于虚拟情景模拟的中西医病证结合临床教学虚拟仿真问诊系统依托虚拟仿真技术(VirtualReality,VR),应用于医学教学有着高效率、低成本、可重复等优点,以其更安全、灵活等优势,丰富了教学内容,拓展了教学的时间和空间,在医学教育领域具有广阔的应用前景。Consultation is the fi rst step in clinical diagnosis of patients and is crucial for the diagnosis of diseases.However,in the process of clinical practice,students’innovation ability is constrained by many factors such as professional specifi city,venue,and doctor-patient disputes.As an emerging curriculum resource,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s virtual simulation and consultation system for clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on virtual scenario simulation relies on virtual simulation technology(VR),which has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,and repeatability in medical teaching.With its advantages of safety and fl exibility,it enriches teaching content,expands teaching time and space,and has broad application prospects in the fi eld of medical education.
