不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视治疗效果的影响研究

摘　　要：探究不同遮盖时间对3~8岁远视性弱视患者治疗效果的影响。选取黔西南州中医医院收治的284例远视性弱视患者为研究对象,采用健眼遮盖疗法,对患者进行18个月的跟踪观察。根据每天覆盖的时长,患者被分为2h/d组、6h/d组、全天组。对比3组患者弱视治疗效果、基本治愈所需时间和视力恢复后视功能变化情况。结果显示,对于BCVA<0.3的患者,6h/d组、全天组疗效明显优于2h/d组,且治疗周期短于2h/d组,患者视力恢复情况优于2h/d组。研究发现,根据患者不同程度的视力障碍,对轻中度弱视患者行部分遮蔽治疗,有利于增强患者的视觉能力;对严重弱视患者行较大覆盖范围治疗,可以有效地改善患者的治疗效果,缩短治疗周期,恢复患者视力。Explore the impact of different covering times on the treatment effect of 3-8 year old patients with hyperopia amblyopia.284 patients with hyperopia amblyopia admitted to Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of TCM were selected as the research subjects,and healthy eye covering therapy was used to track and observe the patients for 18 months.According to the duration of daily coverage,patients were divided into a 2h/d group,a 6h/d group,and an all day group.Compare the eff ectiveness of amblyopia treatment,the time required for basic cure,and the changes in visual function after visual recovery among three groups of patients.The results showed that for patients with BCVA<0.3,the effi cacy of the 6h/d and all day groups was signifi cantly better than that of the 2h/d group,and the treatment cycle was very short,with good visual recovery in patients.The study found that patients have different degrees of visual impairment;Partial occlusion therapy for mild to moderate amblyopia is benefi cial for enhancing the patient’s visual ability;Using a larger coverage range for patients with severe amblyopia can eff ectively improve their treatment eff ectiveness,shorten the treatment cycle,and restore good vision.
