神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理的临床应用

摘　　要：探究神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理的临床效果。选取慈利县人民医院2022年1月—2022年12月期间70例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各35例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施神经内科护理。统计两组患者临床护理总有效率、NIHSS评分和BI评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度并进行对比。结果显示,研究组患者临床护理总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组71.43%,数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理2周后NIHSS评分低于护理前,BI评分高于护理前,研究组评分变化较对照组显著且研究组相应评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(94.29%)比对照组(74.29%)高(P<0.05)。研究发现,将康复护理应用于神经内科护理中,对脑卒中患者具有十分明显的临床效果,可以缓解患者神经功能障碍,增强患者日常生活能力,进而改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,对于脑卒中患者的治疗和恢复十分有利,具备较高的临床价值。To explore the clinical eff ect of stroke rehabilitation nursing in Neurology.Seventy stroke patients in People’s Hospital of Cili from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received Neurology nursing.Calculate and compare the total clinical nursing eff ectiveness,NIHSS and BI scores,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total eff ective rate of clinical nursing in the study group was 91.43%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group.The data comparison showed statistical signifi cance(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of nursing,the NIHSS score was lower than before nursing,while the BI score was higher than before nursing.The score change in the study group was signifi cant compared to the control group,and the corresponding scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the research group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).The study found that the application of rehabilitation nursing in Neurology nursing has a very obvious clinical eff ect on stroke patients,which can alleviate the neurological dysfunction of patients,enhance the ability of daily life of patients,and then improve the quality of life of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,which is very benefi cial to the treatment and recovery of stroke patients,with high clinical value.
