急性胃出血的急诊治疗及临床效果分析

摘　　要：探究急性胃出血患者的临床急诊方案,分析其临床应用效果。选取2019年1月—2022年12月贵州省遵义市汇川区人民医院收治的64例急性胃出血患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例,对照组开展手术治疗,观察组开展保守治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、症状消失时间与住院时间、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况和治疗相关指标。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血量、再出血率低于对照组,止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对急性胃出血患者开展保守治疗,临床疗效显著,能快速止血,加快患者恢复速度,具有临床推广价值。Explore the clinical emergency plan for patients with acute gastric bleeding and analyze its clinical application eff ect.From January 2019 to December 2022,64 patients with acute gastric bleeding who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Huichuan District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group on average,with 32 cases in each group.The control group carried out surgical treatment,and the observation group took Conservative management,Compare the treatment eff ectiveness,symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time,quality of life score,incidence of complications,and treatment related indicators between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The role function,physical function,physiological function,and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications,bleeding volume,and rebleeding rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The hemostatic time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that for patients with acute gastric bleeding,Conservative management has signifi cant clinical eff ect,can quickly stop bleeding,speed up the recovery of patients,and has clinical promotion value.
