大剂量重组人α-2b干扰素治疗晚期黑色素瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：为探究大剂量重组人α-2b干扰素治疗晚期黑色素瘤的效果,选取德江县人民医院2020年6月—2021年1月收治的66例晚期黑色素瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机综合平衡分组方法分为对照组(33例)与观察组(33例),两组均采用手术治疗,对照组在其基础上使用小剂量重组人α-2b干扰素,观察组在其基础上使用大剂量重组人α-2b干扰素。比较两组治疗效果。结果显示,干预后观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LDH水平低于对照组,TIL、PD-L1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率小于对照组(P>0.05);身体活动等生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);MVD、VEGF低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在晚期黑色素瘤治疗中采用大剂量重组人α-2b干扰素治疗干预,可使MVD等表达水平明显降低,提高治疗效果及生活质量,并改善血清指标,减少并发症。To explore high-dose recombinant humansα-Effect of interferon 2b on advanced Melanoma.66 patients with advanced Melanoma admitted to Dejiang County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to the method of comprehensive balanced grouping.Both groups were treated with surgery,and the control group used low-dose recombinant humanα-2b interferon,on which the observation group used high-dose recombinant humanα-2b interferon.Compare the treatment effects between the two groups.The results showed that after intervention,the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The LDH level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the TIL and PD-L1 levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05);The quality of life scores such as physical activity were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);MVD and VEGF were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that high-dose recombinant human was used in the treatment of advanced Melanomaα-Interferon 2b treatment intervention can signifi cantly reduce the expression levels of MVD and other factors,improve treatment efficacy and quality of life,and improve serum indicators with fewer complications.
