摘 要:为分析食品从业人员甲型戊型肝炎检测结果,本研究对瓮安县疾病预防控制中心2020年—2022年3年食品从业人员的甲型肝炎与戊型肝炎发生率及性别分布、年龄分布特征进行统计。3年内甲型肝炎检出率为3.00%,戊型肝炎检出率为7.00%,总检出率为10.00%,3个时间段对比检出并无差异性;10例检查肝炎患者中,男性检出率为7.00%,女性检出率为3.00%,性别对比无差异性;甲型肝炎均分布在年龄为50岁以上的人群中,戊型肝炎在46~50岁人群中的检出率为5.00%,在50岁以上人群中的检出率为2.00%,年龄对比差异无统计学意义。研究发现,食品从业人员肝炎检出率不高,在检出肝炎类型中戊型肝炎相对较高。鉴于甲型戊型肝炎对食品安全的影响,有必要重视定期体检,并采取相应的防治措施。In order to analyze the detection results of hepatitis A and Hepatitis E in food workers,the incidence of Hepatitis A and Hepatitis E,gender distribution and age distribution characteristics of food workers from 2020 to 2022 were statistically analyzed.Within 3 years,the detection rate of Hepatitis A was 3.00%,the detection rate of Hepatitis E was 7.00%,and the total detection rate was 10.00%.There was no diff erence among the three time periods;Among the 10 hepatitis patients examined,the detection rate was 7.00%for males and 3.00%for females,with no gender diff erence in comparison;Hepatitis A is distributed in people over 50 years old.The detection rate of Hepatitis E is 5.00%in people aged 46 to 50 years old and 2.00%in people over 50 years old.There is no statistical diff erence in age comparison.The detection rate of hepatitis in food workers is not high,and Hepatitis E is relatively high among the detected hepatitis types.In view of the impact of hepatitis A and Hepatitis E on food safety,it is necessary to pay attention to regular physical examination.
