采用CT诊断结肠癌致肠梗阻的价值分析

摘　　要：为探讨结肠癌致肠梗阻采用CT诊断的价值,选取2020年5月—2021年7月上海市杨浦区控江医院收治的74例结肠癌致肠梗阻患者为研究对象,对比X线与CT诊断检出率情况及医患诊断满意度情况。结果显示,X线检出率为55.41%,CT检出率为94.59%,CT检出率高于X线检出率(P<0.05);X线医患诊断满意度为74.32%,CT医患诊断满意度为97.30%,CT医患诊断满意度更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,结肠癌致肠梗阻采用CT诊断在一定程度上可以提升诊断的准确性,医患双方对诊断的满意度相对更高,对临床疾病诊治工作有更好的支持作用。Explore the value of CT diagnosis for intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.74 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer admitted to Kongjiang Hospital of Yangpu District in Shanghai from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Comparing the diagnostic detection rates of X-ray and CT,the X-ray detection rate was 55.41%,and the CT detection rate was 94.59%,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with the satisfaction of doctors and patients in diagnosis,the X-ray group had 74.32%and the CT group had 97.30%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Research has found that using CT diagnosis for intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer can improve the accuracy of diagnosis to a certain extent,and both doctors and patients have relatively higher satisfaction with the diagnosis,which has better support for clinical disease diagnosis and treatment work.
