摘 要:健美操运动员不仅需要精湛的技能,也需要良好的体能。体能中的核心力量对健美操运动员动作的完成和动作之间的衔接具有十分重要的作用。因此,如何有效提高健美操运动员核心力量训练的实效性,应是体能训练的重点,要引起教练员足够的重视。该研究从核心力量的理论探究入手,深入探析核心力量训练与传统力量训练的关系,解析核心力量在健美操运动中的重要作用、原则,提出健美操运动员核心力量训练的方法、注意事项,为健美操运动员核心力量的科学有效训练提供借鉴。Aerobics athletes need not only superb skills,but also need good physical fitness.The core strength in physical fitness plays an very important role in the completion of movements and the connection of movements of aerobics athletes,so how to effectively improve the effectiveness of the core strength training of aerobics athletes should be the focus of physical training,and coaches should pay enough attention to it.Starting from the theoretical exploration of core strength,this study deeply analyzes the relationship between core strength training and traditional strength training,analyzes the important role and principles of core strength in aerobics,and puts forward the methods and precautions of the core strength training of aerobics athletes,so as to provide reference for the scientific and effective training of the core strength of aerobics athletes.
