摘 要:该文旨在探讨高校瑜伽教学的跨学科融合与发展,分析其在不同学科中的应用和价值。通过对瑜伽教学的历史回顾和现状分析,总结了瑜伽教学在身心健康、学科交叉、教学创新等方面的优势和挑战。针对学生的身心健康特点,该文提出设计合理的教学计划和优化课程的方法。研究结果表明,瑜伽教学跨学科融合能够提高课程的实效性和趣味性,激发学生学习兴趣,改善身体素质和心理健康,为高校瑜伽教学的创新和发展提供借鉴和参考。This article aims to explore the interdisciplinary integration and development of yoga teaching in colleges and universities and analyze its application and value in different disciplines.Through the review of the history and analysis of the current situation of yoga teaching,the article summarizes the advantages and challenges of yoga teaching in physical and mental health,interdisciplinarity,teaching innovation and other aspects.For the characteristics of students'physical and mental health,the article proposes methods for designing reasonable teaching plans and optimizing courses.The research results show that the interdisciplinary integration of yoga teaching can improve the effectiveness and interestingness of the course,stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance their physical fitness and mental health,and provide models and reference for the innovation and development of yoga teaching in colleges and universities.
