摘 要:针对某款电动车差速器出现的异响问题,通过对电动车差速器在高低挡位匀速运行工况下的噪声与振动加速度信号进行滤波处理与频谱分析,确定电动车差速器的异响来源,为齿轮箱异响诊断提供了有效途径。结果表明:噪声与振动加速度信号的频谱特性中主要频率成分对应差速器齿轮的啮合频率及其谐频成分,说明电动车差速器异响是由相应齿轮啮合传动所产生。Aiming at the abnormal noise problem of a certain electric vehicle differential,the noise and vibration acceleration signals of the electric vehicle differential under the condition of high and low gear uniform speed were filtered and analyzed to determine the noise and vibration acceleration signals of the electric vehicle differential.The source of abnormal noise provided an effective way for the diagnosis of abnormal noise of the gearbox.The results showed that the main frequency components in the spectral characteristics of the noise and vibration acceleration signals corresponded to the meshing frequency of the differential gear and its harmonic frequency components,indicating that the abnormal noise of the electric vehicle differential was caused by the meshing transmission of the corresponding gears.
