摘  要:“大体育”背景下,羽毛球等各类体育运动在国内如火如荼地发展,拓宽了人们的体育文化生活路径,在提升人们身心健康水平方面发挥了重要作用。而羽毛球运动员的技战术水平、身体素养等直接影响比赛成绩。而采用合适的训练方法,则可全面提高运动员的体育运动素养,促使其在激烈的竞争环境下,结合赛场情况,合理运用技战术,提高羽毛球队的竞技成绩。该文结合训练实践,分析了间歇训练法在改善羽毛球运动员身体机能,提升其技战术水平等方面的价值,并提出了相应的训练实践路径。In the context of"generalized sports",various sports such as badminton have developed rapidly in China,which expands people's sports and cultural life paths,and plays an important role in improving people's physical and mental health levels.The technical and tactical level,physical fitness and other aspects of badminton players directly affect competition results.The use of appropriate training methods can comprehensively improve plays'sports literacy,prompt their reasonable use of techniques and tactics in combination with the situation on the field in the fierce competitive environment,and improve the competitive performance of badminton teams.Combined on training practice,this article analyzes the value of interval training in improving the physical function of badminton players and enhancing their technical and tactical level,and proposes corresponding training practice paths.
