摘 要:目的 探讨早期抗阻训练联合放松训练对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能的影响。方法 选取郑州市第三人民医院接受髋关节置换术的患者86例,选例时间为2021年2月至2022年3月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组接受早期抗阻训练,研究组在对照组基础上接受放松训练。对比两组训练前后髋关节功能[Mayo髋关节评分(MHS)]、髋关节活动度(内收、外展、前屈、后伸活动度)、步态功能(步长、步速)、不良情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及并发症发生率。结果 训练后与对照组比较,研究组MHS评分高(P<0.05),髋关节内收、外展、前屈、后伸活动度大(P<0.05),步长、步速高(P<0.05),SAS评分、SDS评分低(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 早期抗阻联合放松训练应用于髋关节置换术患者中,能改善患者步态功能、髋关节功能及髋关节活动度,有效缓解不良情绪,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To explore the effect of early resistance training combined with relaxation training on hip joint function in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing hip replacement in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from February 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases).The control group adopted early resistance training,and the experimental group adopted relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The hip joint function[Mayo hip score(MHS)],hip joint range of motion(range of motion of adduction,abduction,forward bending and backward extension),gait function(step length and speed),unhealthy emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results Compared with the control group,the MHS score of the study group was higher after training(P<0.05),the range of motion of adduction,abduction,forward bending and backward extension were increased(P<0.05),the step length and speed higher(P<0.05),the scores of SAS and SDS lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of early combined resistance and relaxation training in patients with hip replacement can improve the gait function,hip joint function and hip joint range of motion,effectively relieve negative emotions,and reduce the risk of complications.
