摘　　要：目的 探究甲状腺癌(TC)患者雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与临床预后关系。方法 选取安阳市肿瘤医院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的105例TC患者,分析癌组织中ER、PR、VEGF表达与临床病理特征的相关性,比较ER、PR及VEGF阳性与阴性患者1 a生存率,分析TC患者预后的影响因素。结果 TC患者癌组织ER、PR及VEGF阳性表达与肿瘤直径、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);癌组织中ER、PR与VEGF阳性表达患者1 a生存率低于阴性表达患者(P<0.05),且ER阳性表达、PR阳性表达、VEGF阳性表达、临床分期、肿瘤直径及淋巴结转移均为影响TC患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 TC患者ER、PR和VEGF表达均为TC患者预后危险因素,可作为疾病预后预判的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between oestrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and clinical prognosis in patients with thyroid carcinoma(TC).Methods A total of 105 TC patients from Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.The correlation between the expression of ER,PR,VEGF and clinicopathological features in cancer tissues were analyzed.The 1-year survival rate of patients with positive and negative ER,PR and VEGF was compared,and the prognostic factors affecting TC patients were analyzed.Results The positive expressions of ER,PR and VEGF were correlated with tumor diameter,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in TC patients(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of ER,PR and VEGF were lower than those of patients with negative expression(P<0.05).Moreover,ER positive expression,PR positive expression,VEGF positive expression,clinical stage,tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis were all risk factors for the prognosis of TC patients factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ER,PR and VEGF are prognostic risk factors in TC patients,and they can be used as biological indicators to predict the prognosis of the disease.
