摘　　要：近年来,学术界围绕习近平关于干部教育培训重要论述的时代背景、理论与现实基础、特征、主要内容、理论意义和时代价值进行了广泛的探讨,取得了不少重要的研究成果。但是,站在新的历史方位看,现有的研究尚显薄弱,需要进一步壮大研究队伍,进一步开展全面、系统的问题研究,进行多学科多专业的综合研究,更多开展历史、比较和文献研究。In recent years,the academic community has extensively explored the historical background,theoretical and practical foundations,characteristics,main content,theoretical significance and contemporary value of Xi Jinping's major remarks on cadre education and training,and has achieved many important research results.However,from a new historical perspective,existing research is still weak,and it is necessary to further strengthen the research team,conduct comprehensive and systematic research on problems and comprehensive research in multiple disciplines and specialties as well as more historical,comparative,and literature research.
