摘　　要：新时代背景下,以基层党建推进乡村振兴既是解决乡村治理问题的迫切要求,也是基层党组织践行初心的必然要求,更是提高农村基层治理效能的实践要求。然而,当前部分农村基层党组织开展此项工作时,面临着缺乏高度价值认同、治理能力有待提升、队伍活力仍需强化、主体能力明显不足等问题。以基层党建推进乡村振兴,应坚持实际问题导向,推进服务型基层党组织建设;凝聚振兴力量,提升基层党组织乡村治理能力;夯实农村组织基础,优化农村基层党建工作队伍;完善考评机制,加强基层党组织标准化建设。In the new era,promoting rural revitalization through grass-roots Party building is not only an urgent requirement to solve rural governance problems,but also an inevitable requirement for grass-roots Party organizations to practice their original intentions,and also a practical requirement to improve the efficiency of rural grass-roots governance.However,some rural grass-roots Party organizations still face issues such as a lack of high value recognition,governance capabilities that need to be improved,team vitality that still needs to be strengthened,and obvious lack of subject capacity when carrying out this work.In this regard,we should target at practical problems,promote the construction of service-oriented grass-roots Party organizations,gather the revitalization strength from farmers,enhance the rural governance ability of grass-roots Party organizations,consolidate the foundation of rural organizations,optimize the rural grass-roots Party building work team,improve corresponding evaluation mechanisms,and strengthen the standardization construction of grass-roots Party organizations.
