丁螺环酮联合氨磺必利对精神分裂症阴性症状和认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨丁螺环酮联合氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症(SP)阴性症状的效果及对认知功能的影响.方法 选取2019年1月~2022年10月医院收治的82例SP阴性症状患者,依照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组采用氨磺必利治疗,观察组采用氨磺必利+丁螺环酮治疗,两组均治疗12周.对比阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、阴性症状量表(SANS)评分、临床疗效,精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MCCB)、个人与社会量表(PSP)评分、神经功能因子S100β蛋白(S100β)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)及不良反应.结果 观察组治疗后PANSS评分、SANS评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05).观察组治疗后疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后MCCB评分、PSP评分高于对照组(P均<0.05).观察组治疗后S100β、MBP水平低于对照组(P均<0.05).观察组未出现明显不良反应.结论 SP阴性症状患者用氨磺必利联合丁螺环酮治疗可缓解临床症状、提高临床疗效、改善认知功能和社会功能,调节神经功能因子水平.Objective To investigate the effect of buspirone combined with amisulpride on negative symptoms of schizophrenia(SP)and its influence on cognitive function.Methods From January 2019 to October 2022,eighty-twopatients with negative SP symptoms were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with amisulpride,and the observation group was treated with amisulpride+buspirone Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.PANSS,SANS score,clinical efficacy,cognitive function Kit Consensus version(MCCB),Personal and Social Scale(PSP)score,neurological function factors S100βprotein(S100β),myelin basic protein(MBP)and adverse reactions were com-pared.Results PANSS score and SANS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MCCB score and PSP score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of S100βand MBP in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the observation group.Conclusion SP-negative patients treated with amisulpride+buspirone can relieve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,improve cognitive function and social function,and regulate the level of neurofunctional factors.
