"润肠通便方"治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的随机对照观察

摘　　要：目的 研究抗精神病药物所致便秘的采用自拟"润肠通便方"治疗效果.方法 选择医院2021年7月~2022年7月入院的因使用抗精神病药物所致的便秘的患者80例作为研究对象,参照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例;观察组给予"润肠通便方"中药颗粒剂,对照组予麻仁软胶囊治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2周.观察两组治疗后临床疗效,并随访统计复发情况以及两组治疗前后排便时间、平均自发排便次数、Bristol便型评分、生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分.结果 观察组临床有效例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后复发例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后排便时间、Bristol便型评分、PAC-QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05),平均自发排便次数高于对照组(P>0.05).结论 润肠通便方能明显改善因服用抗精神病药物所致便秘,且对结肠动力促进作用较好,提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量.Objective To study the therapeutic effect of"Runchang Tongfengfang"on antipsychotic drug in-duced constipation.Methods 80 patients with constipation caused by the use of antipsychotic drugs who were admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases each according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with"Runchang Tongbian Decoction"traditional Chinese medicine granules,while the control group was treated with Maren Soft Capsule.The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Observe the clinical effect after treatment,and follow up and count the recurrence.The defecation time,average spontaneous defecation times,Bristol stool type score,PAC-QOL score.Results The number of clinical effective cases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of recurrence cases after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<O.05).The posterior defecation time、Bristol defecation type score and Bristol defecation type score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the average number of spontaneous defecation was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Runchang Tongxiang decoction can obviously improve constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs,and has a good effect on colon motility,Improving the quality of life for patients with schizophrenia.
