摘  要:目的 探讨青年抑郁症患者开展正念减压联合肌肉放松训练对其心理状态及睡眠质量的改善效果.方法 以收治我院的80例青年抑郁症(2020年4月~2021年4月)患者为研究对象,根据"随机数字表法"分为2组,组别为对照组(接受常规干预)和观察组(常规干预基础上开展正念减压联合肌肉放松训练),各纳入40例.比较干预结果:焦虑抑郁程度、睡眠质量、自我效能感、生活质量.结果 干预后两组患者焦虑抑郁(HAMA、HAMD)评分较干预前均下降,且观察组降低幅度更大,同时较对照组患者研究结果,观察组患者干预1周、1个月、2个月睡眠质量(PSQI)评分均更低,自我效能感(病症知识、治疗方式、风险因素、自我护理方式)评分均更高,患者生活质量SF-36(角色、社会、躯体、认知)评分均更高(P<0.05).结论 开展正念减压联合肌肉放松训练有利于减轻抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁程度,增强睡眠质量,提高自我效能感,促进生活质量得到显著提升.Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression combined with muscle relaxation training on mental state and sleep quality in young patients with depression.Methods 80 young patients with depres-sion(April 2020 to April 2021)in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the"random number table method".The groups were the control group(receiving routine intervention)and the observation group(carrying out mindfulness decompression combined with muscle relaxation training on the basis of routine intervention),with 40 cases in each group.The intervention results were compared:the degree of anxiety and depression,sleep quality,self-efficacy and quality of life.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression(HAMA and HAMD)in the two groups decreased compared with those before the intervention,and the decrease was greater in the observa-tion group.At the same time,compared with the results of the control group,the scores of sleep quality(PSQI)in the observation group were lower and the scores of self-efficacy(disease knowledge,treatment methods,risk factors and self-care methods)were higher.The SF-36(role,society,body,cognition)scores of patients'quality of life were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression combined with muscle relaxation training can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression,enhance sleep quality,improve self-efficacy and significantly improve the quality of life in patients with depression.
