摘  要:高职院校教学督导是学校为适应教学改革和社会发展需求主动采取的以提高教学质量为目的的重要举措,它能够使高校人才教育和培养质量稳步提升,是提升高职院校教育质量的必由之路。目前高职院校教学督导工作的具体内容主要包括督教、督学和督管,其工作开展正面临着体制困境、人员困境和理念困境的三大现实困境。完善教学督导体制建设、建设专业化督导人员队伍、树立“以学生为中心”的督导理念,是促进高职院校教学督导工作有效开展的可行路径。Teaching supervision in vocational colleges is an important measure taken by schools to meet the needs of teaching reform and social development,with the aim of improving teaching quality.It can steadily improve the quality of talent education and training in universities,and is the only way to improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.At present,the specific content of teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges mainly includes supervision of teaching,supervision of learning,and supervision of management.Its work is facing three practical dilemmas:institutional dilemma,personnel dilemma,and conceptual dilemma.Improving the construction of teaching supervision system,building a professional team of supervision personnel,and establishing the supervision concept of"student-centered"are feasible paths to promote the effective implementation of teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges.
