摘　　要：了解大学生的所思所想,针对性地采取引导、批评、鼓励措施,有效进行教育引导,是高校辅导员做好思想政治教育工作的基础。与学生谈心谈话是辅导员的基本职责,也是做好思想政治教育工作的重要方法。高职院校辅导员应挖掘与学生谈心谈话工作中存在的问题及原因,并以马克思主义交往理论为指导,通过以人为本凸显价值定位,平等对话架起沟通桥梁,坚持激励启发和保密原则,采用察听问导谈话技巧,坚持因势而新、因时而进、因事而化的工作方法等策略提升谈心谈话工作的实效性。Understanding the thoughts and thoughts of college students,adopting targeted guidance,criticism,and encouragement measures,and effectively conducting educational guidance are the foundation for college counselors to do a good job in ideological and political education.Talking to students through heart to heart is the basic responsibility of counselors and an important method for doing a good job in ideological and political education.Vocational college counselors should explore the problems and reasons that exist in the work of heart to heart conversations with students,and use Marxist communication theory as guidance to highlight value positioning through people-oriented approach,establish communication bridges through equal dialogue,adhere to the principles of motivation,inspiration,and confidentiality,adopt listening and questioning conversation skills,and adhere to strategies such as adapting to the situation,advancing with the times,and adapting to the situation to enhance the effectiveness of heart to heart conversations.
