意大利历史建筑的更新研究——以佛罗伦萨大学圣特蕾莎校区为例

摘　　要：意大利拥有众多不同类型的历史建筑且更新经验丰富。研究意大利历史建筑的更新,对处于建设转型期的中国城市具有借鉴意义。佛罗伦萨大学圣特蕾莎校区经历了从17世纪的修道院,到19世纪的监狱,再到21世纪的大学校园的巨大转变。研究以佛罗伦萨大学圣特蕾莎校区为例,通过文献研究与实地调研,从感知历史、共享空间、复兴街区三个角度出发,总结该建筑的更新设计策略,以期为同类型的历史建筑更新提供参考。Italy has many different types of historic buildings and has a lot of experience in their renewal.Studying the renewal of Italian historic buildings is of great significance to Chinese cities that are in the transitional period of construction.The Santa Teresa campus of the University of Florence has undergone a tremendous transformation from a convent in the 17th century,to a prison in the 19th century,and then to a university campus in the 21st century.Taking Santa Teresa Campus of the University of Florence as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature research and field investigation,and summarizes the renewal design strategies of the campus from three perspectives:perceiving the history,sharing the space,and reviving the area.This paper aims to provide a reference for the renewal of the same type of historic buildings.
