摘 要:建立了一种快速测定鞋产品中26种限用有害溶剂残留量的分析方法。该方法以甲醇为萃取溶剂,超声波常温萃取,滤液经气相色谱-质谱联用仪采用选择离子模式分析,外标法定量。方法中目标物的检出限为1.0~5.0 mg/kg,线性范围为0.50~25.0 mg/L,平均回收率85.2%~106.7%,相对标准偏差2.1%~7.2%。该方法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高等优点,适用于各类鞋材料的检测,包含的限用有害有机溶剂种类丰富,能满足目前国内外法规对鞋产品有害有机溶剂残留量的测定要求。A rapid method was established for the determination of 26 residual harmful solvents in shoe products,in which methanol was used as the extraction solvent and the sample was extracted by ultrasonic at room temperature.The filtrate was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with selective ion mode and quantified by external standard method.In this method,the limits of detection for the target substances were 1.0-5.0 mg/kg;the linear range was 0.50-25.0 mg/L;the average recovery was 85.2%-106.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.1%-7.2%.This method has the advantages of simple operation,rapid and high sensitivity,and is suitable for the detection of various shoe materials.It can determine a wide variety of restricted harmful organic solvents and meet the requirements for the determination of residual harmful organic solvents in footwear products in domestic and foreign regulations.
