摘　　要：目的:观察半导体激光联合超声治疗妊娠期牙龈炎患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年6月该院收治的82例妊娠期牙龈炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各41例。对照组给予超声治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合半导体激光治疗,比较两组疗效、牙周指标[出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)]水平、龈下菌斑菌群水平和炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-2]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组BI、PD、龈下菌斑菌群、IL-1β、IL-2水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光联合超声治疗妊娠期牙龈炎患者可提高疗效,降低BI、PD、龈下菌斑菌群和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯超声治疗。Objective:To observe effects of semiconductor laser combined with ultrasound in treatment of patients with pregnancy gingivitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with pregnancy gingivitis admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound,while the study group was treated with semiconductor laser on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the periodontal index levels[bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD)],the subgingival plaque flora levels,and the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-2]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the levels of BI,PD,subgingival plaque flora,IL-1βand IL-2 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Semiconductor laser combined with ultrasound can improve the curative effects and reduce the levels of BI,PD,subgingival plaque flora and inflammatory factors in the patients with pregnancy gingivitis.Moreover,it is superior to single ultrasound treatment.
