阿立哌唑与奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较阿立哌唑与奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2022年7月该院收治的88例精神分裂症患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组给予奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗,比较两组疗效、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PANSS评分和HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.09%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症患者可降低FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗。Objective:To compare effects of Aripiprazole and Olanzapine combined with Sertraline in treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 88 patients with schizophrenia admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to July 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Sertraline,while the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole combined with Sertraline.The efficacy,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score,the glucose and lipid metabolism index levels[fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,there were no significant differences in the PANSS score and the HDL-C level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FBG,FINS,TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Aripiprazole combined with Sertraline in the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia can reduce the levels of FBG,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C and the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to Olanzapine combined with Sertraline treatment.
