摘　　要：过程安全信息(PSI)管理是一个记录和持续沟通的过程,常用于管理涉及危险化学品的装置、设备和工艺参数等信息。过程安全信息可以有助于我们识别和理解危险化学品装置的危害。企业的过程安全信息记载着工艺设施的安全设计、运营维护及报废处置的相关信息。设备设施所有的设计、操作程序、运行策略、培训计划、维护计划和管理决策应反映出对每个操作区域的工艺危害,过程安全信息应被企业的每一位员工知晓和理解,以便于确保每个员工可以方便地获得关于化学品性质和库存、操作参数、设备设计参数和相关功能的最新数据信息。通过对过程安全信息的严格管理,有助于企业的员工及时发现工艺设施的异常状况,并依据过程安全信息采取相应的解决措施,避免安全生产事故的发生。Process Safety Information(PSI)management is a process of recording and continuous communication,commonly used to manage information related to hazardous chemicals such as devices,equipment,and process parameters.Process safety information can help us identify and understand the hazards of hazardous chemical installations.The process safety information of an enterprise records information related to the safety design,operation and maintenance,and disposal of process facilities.All design,operating procedures,operational strategies,training plans,maintenance plans,and management decisions of equipment and facilities should reflect the process hazards for each operating area.Process safety information should be known and understood by every employee of the enterprise to ensure that each employee can easily obtain the latest data information about chemical properties and inventory,operating parameters,equipment design parameters,and related functions.Through strict management of process safety information,it is helpful for employees of enterprises to promptly detect abnormal conditions of process facilities,and take corresponding solutions based on process safety information to avoid the occurrence of safety production accidents.
